A fun focussed group that caters to all levels of fitness. Each session is unique so participants don't get bored. From 9-99 your age is no excuse and neither is your current fitness level.

Fitness training with a group of like minded individuals who are wanting to gain or maintain fitness in a safe and fun environment. Where your level of fitness, age, gender is irrelevant, you are encouraged to push limits and find the best version of YOU!

Meran Jackson & Stoph Pilmore offer a joint coaching session to help correct technique and get the most out of your workout. One of the most important things for achieving good results is the mastering of a proper technique. Without correctly performing each movement a person will never use their full physical potential. Perfect technique takes a lot of time and effort. This investment will pay off for sure in the future and help benefit all aspects of your life.

Our sessions vary from session to session and are carefully planned to help maximise motivation and retention whilst giving you a fantastic workout. Including Circuits, Boxing, Strength, Endurance and Interval training with emphises placed on core activation and proper stretching.

We welcome individuals, couples & families to come and join us.
